I'm Kimberly Rae.

I began my career as a professional matchmaker, orchestrating dates and guiding clients through the dating process. Initially, most clients believed their main challenge was meeting the right person. However, it wasn't until we delved into uncovering and reshaping their dating patterns and beliefs that tangible results began to emerge. This realization led me to shift my focus towards coaching.

I created my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find and keep healthy relationships for the rest of their lives.

My upbringing was marked by the tumultuous and ultimately unsuccessful marriage of my parents, which skewed my perception of healthy emotional responses and effective communication in romantic relationships.

Through years of working on myself and seeking guidance from therapists, coaches and mentors, I gained the tools necessary to successfully show up in relationships, get my needs met, build deep connections, and help others do the same.

Before doing the emotional work and meeting my husband, I was in your shoes. I felt lost, frustrated and defeated from my own past dating experiences and relationships.

I know what it feels like to be ghosted by someone I was falling for, to get my heart broken, to love with my whole heart and not get the same returned, to tirelessly date and not find mutual interest, to wonder when it’s my turn. These experiences are common, but they don't need to be your reality moving forward. 

As a neutral party removed from your situation, I will give you insight into what’s really going on in your love life and why you aren’t where you’d like to be. We will work on a clear path towards your goals. We’ll move at a pace you’re comfortable with.
